This is so important, we can't fight with something that is coming, and we can't stop, like  technology. People need to be involved to the technology if they want to increase their skills, and they want to get a better job.

I think, is an important change in the social networks. People can to exchange information about their skills and their jobs, but people need to accept the change, above all if there are not so young.
